Job Purpose

  • Coordinate all Engineering Deliverables related to Cat I Offshore projects within the Operations Readiness Plan (ORP). Deliverables include Engineering Issue Register (EIR), workshop action items closure, prioritizing Operations (OPS) and Project Management Team (PMT) requests, Lessons Learned compilation and sharing across EPCs and any other deliverables overseen by OES Offshore Engineering teams.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Facilitate and ensure the development of plans for all Offshore Engineering Deliverables, working directly with the Division Manager, Head of Engineering (OES Offshore) and Head of Engineering (NFPS-COMP) to align mobilization plans with the expected workloads.

  • Verify and ascertain documents are available to start developing the Engineering Issue register. Follow-up with Engineering teams to ensure the document review progress is meeting project deadlines.

  • Arrange, and facilitate engineering issue meeting with multiple PMT teams, capture and track issues, with the aim of their effective resolution.

  • Coordinate with PMT and business support team for timely documentation availability to meet ORP deliverables. Follow-up with all stake holders on the progress and provide support in following-up with the Start-up Team for any missing documentation.

  • Prepare reports required for each Offshore Start-up Team highlighting progress and suggesting focus areas for transparency, and effective communication and decision-making.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Coordinate with PMT and vendor for training and workshops ensuring the alignment of all necessary resources and schedules to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

  • Prepare, log and follow-up Operations Start Up Team requests for engineering support, coordinating reviews with dedicated Engineering team, ensuring efficient and timely processing.

Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry.
