Job Purpose

  • Facilitate the Asset emergency outages recovery execution plans, major complex jobs, overhauls and shutdowns to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Onshore Asset.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Develop work plan & budget (WP&B), annual major jobs list and integrated schedules in Primavera for major complex jobs and unplanned emergency outages jobs.
  • Ensure compliance of the Shutdown Management System (SDMS) & MCJ gated process, and continuously updates on deliverables with department stakeholders.
  • Review of resource availability and levelling of PM schedule to accommodate new Asset, Equipment PMs.
  • Prepare daily work orders approved in Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS) for upcoming major maintenance activities (On-Line/Shutdown) and ensure they are part of the long term plan while for short term plans are detailed planned released for inclusion in14-day schedule.
  • Facilitate with Maintenance stakeholders the management of emergency outages and prepare the plan and scheduling of the main troubleshooting activities, as well the opportunity works. Generate and communicate required emergency outage progress reports accordingly.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Prepare and coordinate the development of work plans, packs and/or support materials reservations, stewards availability of materials and prepares daily progress update reports.
  • Provide support to the Maintenance supervision to coordinate and facilitate interfaces between Operations, Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Shutdown teams.
  • Ensure alignment for priority 4 jobs, assigning revision numbers, sets user status SPL and system condition.
  • Support the Maintenance supervision with the Plant Vulnerability readiness plan and follow up with Engineering & Operations departments where feedback, inspections, and recommendation are required for scoping.
  • Coordinate and support the Asset Maintenance external contracting strategy and interface with external parties (OEM, vendors).

Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

  • 8 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry.

Technical and Business Skills

  • Fluent in English language verbal and written.
  • Computer literate skills for all MS Office software.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling software.
