Painting & Insulation Supervisor - India Recruitment Event

Job Purpose

• Provide maintenance expertise in the field of Painting, Coating, Composite Wrapping and Hot and/or Cold Insulation to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable operation for all Company Onshore Facilities.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Painting and Insulation requirement/services for all Company Facilities.
• Ensure that the Insulation & Painting manual and procedure, specification standards are   followed within the department.
• Lead the execution team to complete the task safely and quality. Plan and supervise the daily activities and submit daily and weekly reports to Management.
• Assess and certify Painting Supervisor and Inspector in coordination with other relevant departments and verify and check Contractor’s competency assessment procedure.
• Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users.
• Inspect and audit Painting and Insulation Yard and oversee the work activity.
• Improve and Review Painting/Insulation Procedure as when required.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement. Ensure that all Spare parts and Tools are always readily available.
• Provide maintenance assistance in the event of Plant emergencies.

Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant discipline area.

Knowledge and/or Experience

• 8 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry.

Technical and Business Skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
