Job Purpose

  • Provide planning, reporting, and consolidation for the Supply department by coordinating and analysing division reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), objectives and other corporate requirements, to help ensure department service offering and objectives are achieved.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Assist in the analytics capture and status reporting of department Key Performance Indictors (KPI) to validate KPI target compliance and discuss KPI recovery plans.
  • Conduct root cause / trend analysis on lagging KPIs and recommend fit-for-risk opportunities to improve KPI performance and end user satisfaction.
  • Prepare and track the status of Supply department related objectives, schedules, and applicable reports to ensure progress and compliance of Supply department business plan and governance.
  • Participate in the analysis of the department level annual Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) analysis and prepare reports showing adjustment recommendations to the department's five-year plan to align with the QatarEnergy LNG vision and strategy.
  • Conduct and / or assist in any Supply department / End User surveys and then provide areas of improvement to enhance the departments service offerings.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Maintain and prepare Supply department annual budget reviews to validate the department spend actuals are in line with the annual spend plan.
  • Maintain the Supply department annual training plan, to include QatarEnergy LNG required training, professional certifications, etc. to support employee development objectives.
  • Support and participate in the development and execution of Supply department performance reviews to provide best in class employee forums for all participants.
  • Support and maintain updates for, department peer reviews, internal and external audits, Table of Financial Authority (TOFA) changes, and other assigned areas to ensure the controls are maintained, exposures are identified, and any gaps are mitigated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or commercial discipline. 

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 8 years’ experience in oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, lean techniques, and industry reporting best practice.
  • Knowledge on SAP / computers, trend analysis, budgeting, and training programs.
