Job Purpose
-
Expert in BPC system, provides technical support to Finance in activities preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial data from SAP-BPC. Modify and develop new system functionalities to meet specialised needs.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
-
Serve as a key BPC resource for business teams to help define, estimate, and propose solution for business opportunities.

Accountable for developing and executing planned support and project deliveries.

Collaborate with IT and Finance to develop specifications for system enhancements for continuous improvement.

Understand business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the SAP planning, reporting, and analytics space.

Perform requirements analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of BPC applications and reporting solutions.

Maintain the SAP BPC application components (application sets, dimensions, reports, script logic, etc.) to support existing developments.

Create test plans, test cases, and perform functional testing.
Key Job Accountabilities - II

Develop and maintain user BPC documentation and provide training (input sheets, reports, templates, etc.) for system users.

Support for business testing users, fixing UAT issues and testing the fixes.

Provide end user support during enhancements, upgrades and implementations as needed. Troubleshoot data issues between source and target systems. Respond and provide support to other activities and initiatives deemed necessary to ensuring successful day-to-day operations. Responsible for immediate SAP production issues. Analyze and communicate issues and resolution, including problems with data integrity, data design, functional, technical and software issues.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Accounting / Commerce.
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 7 years of experience in hands on SAP-BPC system configuration and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP-FICO modules, Cost Centres, Cost Elements, Profit Centres, Internal Orders.
- Experience in an IT Business Analyst role designing, implementing, and supporting planning, reporting, and analytic solutions related to Corporate Finance in an SAP environment.
- Experience in creating input templates, reports, and dashboards that are easy to use and visually pleasing.
- Demonstrated experience with planning and managing unit/integration test efforts; facilitate cross functional, end-to-end business process testing via super users.
- Expertise in developing reporting Analytics & input templates.
- Good understanding of SAP-BW tool and interface with SAP-FICO.
- Very good knowledge of SAP-BW ABAP development.
