Job Purpose
- Provide analytical and operational support in managing employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases, while, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulations. Support line management through case analysis, reporting, and implementation of employee relations practices to maintain positive working relationships.

- Requires the ability to analyse employee relations cases, interpret regulations, policies and procedures and prepare reports with practical recommendations based on information gathers from multiple sources.
- Requires sensitivity and professionalism in handling confidential employee matters and interactions within a multi-cultural environment.
Key Job Accountabilities - I
- Analyse and administer employee relations documentation relating to working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary, employee conduct, grievance, and absence management to ensure compliance with Company procedures.
- Conduct investigation into grievances, harassment, absence, disciplinary cases, and absence management by interviewing concerned parties, gathering relevant information, analysing findings, and preparing investigation reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate implementation of approved investigation outcomes, including issuance of warning letters and related employee relations actions in line with Company procedures.
- Liaise with the Medical team on employee cases involving medical considerations and monitor documentation related to sick leaves and employee medical cases in accordance with Company procedures.
- Liaise with employees and their families in cases involving accidents, medical emergencies or fatalities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely employee support and insurance related documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee relations case records and analyse case trends, statistical reports, warnings, and advisories to support HR management and line managers in decision making.
- Support delivery of employee relations awareness sessions and supervisor coaching programs relating to employee management and Company procedures.
- Coordinate with employees and line managers to support employee return to-work processes and ensure completion of required workflows following period of absence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or business administration.
Knowledge and/or Experience - I
- 6 years’ experience in employee relations.
- Experience in case management.
