Operations Expansion Support (OES) department’s vision is to deliver safe, flawless, and reliable projects while sustaining high calibre workforce from commissioning to the final hand over stage. Some of the organizational mission and structure is to: enhance, streamline, and centralize coverage to all assets, build the business processes start up and operation, provide support and integration between projects and assets teams. We work with all departments such as PMT, Safety, and training.  OES is committed to maintaining a positive safety culture environment.
